The AI Initiative is an effort to convene a conversation around the future of work, and around our shared future with AI.
I started the AI Initiative in 2025 to foster a dialogue around a vision for a human-centered, AI-enabled future of work.
In convening conversations across sectors, I hope to inspire leaders to be more intentional and deliberate about AI adoption. Because we know we all have a role to play in shaping how the future unfolds.
Spanning public and private sector, NGOs and academia, my goal is to co-create a vision for how we want to work and live, and how the next generation will thrive and prosper in the age of AI.
